A RARE FAMILY GEM

Pinot Noir. The latest jewel in Endrizzi's collection, a ‘dosage zero’ produced in only 2,500 numbered bottles that represents the evolution in the search for refinement and the utmost expression of the Trentino terroir. Matured on the lees for at least 84 months, it has a fine and persistent perlage. Antique pink colour with coppery hues. Elegant and intriguing nose with notes of rhubarb, white pepper and blackcurrant leaves that mingle with a surprising freshness. On the palate it is savoury, long, persistent and mineral with hints of bread crust and pomegranate.
