Endrizzi is one of
Trentino’s oldest
winemakers.
Winemakers for five generations, the Endrici family (“Endrizzi” in the local dialect) has always been known for its initiative.
Every new generation has assured that the Endrizzi Winery is in constant evolution.
Francesco and Angelo,
the winery’s founders, were the first to import Cabernet and Merlot grapevines (used for the prestigious Masetto line) while continuing to grow traditional varieties such as Teroldego and Lagrein.
Francesco was succeeded by his son Romano, who was also President of the Province of Trento, and by his grandson Franco, who chaired the Trento Wine Council with dynamic personality.
The winery is now run by the fourth and fifth generations: Paolo and Christine and their children Lisa Maria and Daniele.
Combining experience and new ideas,
they manage every aspect of the winery: product innovation, communication and marketing, sustainable architecture and agriculture.
The Trentino winery and its finest products
Masetto and
Trentodoc are Endrizzi’s flagship wines.
For the Endrici family,
Masetto is much more than the name of the wine that best expresses their character.
Masetto is the name of the historical building surrounded by the vineyards as well as of the terroir where the family’s finest grapes are grown. Grapes for
Trentodoc, sparkling wines produced with the classic method, come from the Pian di Castello vineyard. Endrizzi’s fresh and elegant sparkling wines, matured on the lees for 2 to 8 years, are wonderfully fragrant.
