OLIO EXTRA VERGINE DI OLIVA TOSCANO IGP

When Christine and Paolo decided to buy the land over the hills of Serpaia in 2000, they found some hundred-year-old olive trees. In order to respect the terroir they decided to preserve the trees, to work the noble fruits and to produce some few rare bottles of oil. By cold pressing the fine varieties Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo a spicy and fruity olive oil is obtained. Brilliant, with golden green reflexes and with refined aromas of artichokes and freshly mown grass.
